Insight into Acrylics By Design & its Founder

Wayman is an eccentric, passionate and dedicated business leader who has built a solid reputation with over 39 years in the Plastics industry.

Currently, as the Founder & Owner of Acrylics By Design since 2007 in Brampton, Wayman has the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the company, while managing to handle the scheduling of daily production orders & runs for all of the their reputable clients across Canada, this of course is with the help of his hand picked and trained team, who are also up and coming in the Industry. They are all adept with all forms of Acrylic / Plexiglass / Polycarbonate cutting / machining assembly & of course custom Fabrication, his team keeps up to date with emerging technologies and techniques that propel the business towards a new age of Fabrication.

At a personal level, Wayman is a first-class individual that cherishes his Family life, he also works very hard to have grown his business relationships into personal ones, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done to their satisfaction. His skill in forward thinking has ensured that clients who explore his options, end up turning into long-term customers & friends.

Wayman is highly reliable, organized and personable, and will always get excited to share his recommendations towards a particular project. He is known for educating his clients on the process from start to finish, which eases the customer experience and assists with winnning over large clientele.

Prior to embarking on his aspiration to create the Family run business of Acrylics By Design, Wayman worked for a larger Distribution company within the Plastics Industry, where he was groomed & reinforced by solid leadership by his Mentors in all facets of day to day business operations from the ground up, which he instills daily with his Team at Acrylics By Design.
